Dave Fellabaum
President
Dave started his newspaper career as a youth independent contractor for the Altoona Mirror. Out of high school, he started in the mailroom, working part-time through college. From 1991 to 2000, Dave held various positions at the Mirror, working in Circulation as a District Manager and ultimately returning to Production as the Mailroom Manager. In 2000, he joined the Tribune-Review (Pittsburgh, PA), where he has worked since. He has held several positions at the Trib within the Audience and Information Systems departments. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Information Systems and Audience, working with the Audience, Information Systems, and Information Technology departments.
Tom Salvo
Vice President
Tom has over 25 years in the newspaper industry, starting his career as a Relief District Manager with the Philadelphia Inquirer. Most recently he was Director of Operations for the Wilmington News Journal in Delaware, and Circulation Director for the Times Leader in Wilkes Barre, PA. Currently he is Regional Audience Director for Lee Enterprises, responsible for eight markets on the East Coast. He serves on the board of the Greater Philadelphia Postal Customer Council as their Treasurer.

Susan Probert
Board Chair
Susan has worked in the newspaper industry for over 39 years. Starting her career as an independent contractor for The Star-Ledger, she worked in several managerial roles including home delivery distribution, single copy and customer service. Currently Director of Consumer Relations, her responsibilities include print and eNewspaper subscriber retention, digital engagement, and customer service for 25 Advance Local Media publications. Susan is a past Regional Director for I-SCMA for 2020-21 and Past President for 2021-22.
Dan Christ

Dan began his career as a sportswriter in 1989 then spent twenty-three years with The Patriot-News in various circulation roles including home delivery manager and assistant circulation director. Current responsibilities include subscriber sales and retention, customer service, and marketing for twenty-four Advance Local Media publications.
Dan is a Past President of I-SCMA; 2011 to 2012.
