Don Waterman, Senior Vice President of Print and Distribution for the Dow Jones Local Media Group, spoke about new structures for a new business.  You can download Don’s presentation here.

Margaret Kaplow, Educational Services Manager for The Washington Post, spoke in detail about how she and her team transitioned their local teachers over to an e-Replica edition.  The educational presentation she makes to educators can be found here.

The business program concluded with a very interesting program by Bob Davis, managing partner of Surpass.  Entitled “How to help your customer service team get more saves, sell more EZ-Pay, and sell other services,” was specifically requested to appear online.  Here you go.

Tuesday’s sessions focused on the future of newspaper auditing, and featured a panel with Michael K. Moran, ABC Executive Vice President of Audit Services, Mark Stoecklin, President of CAC, and Rich Murphy, BPA’s Senior Vice President of Auditing.  Presentations are available here for Mr. Moran and Mr. Murphy.

Following the three-member panel, I-SCMA President Dick DeHaven and The Washington Post’s David Dadisman provided publisher and advertiser perspective on auditing.  Mr. Dadisman’s presentation is available here.
